Friday Feast 166

Appetizer
Name a great website you would recommend to others.

  • For the funny, I still rely on Homestarrunner.
  • I sometimes use Clusty as an alternative for web searches.
  • I like Zamzar because it can convert file formats. I really appreciate that it converts Flash movies to a format that I can keep on my computer and import into presentations.
  • Crave that one menu item from the one restaurant? They might have the recipe at Top Secret Recipe.

Soup
On a scale of 1-10 (with 10 as highest), how often do you dream at night?

4. I did dream last night. There was a snipper on a tall building shooting at people down on the ground where I was.

Salad
Did you have a pet as a child? If so, what kind and what was its name?

I had some Beta fish and some hermit crabs. I believe that one of the hermit crabs ate his (who I assumed at a young age) friend. Don’t remember their names.

Main Course
If you had the chance to star in a commercial, what would you choose to advertise?

I have been in a commercial. I was one of those local cable jobs. It was a commercial for the local Chinese restaurant buffet. Fitting I suppose.  I would like to be in one of those new Apple commercials for the iPhone. Mainly because that would mean that I had an iPhone.

Dessert
What is your favorite kind of hard candy?

Right now, cough drops. Most other times. I enjoy peppermints and those cinnamon disks.  Occasionally I will indulge myself with a Werther’s Original.

    One of the podcasts I watch the guy’s picture was in the iphone commercial. He didn’t get an iphone.
